End-User License Agreement (EULA) – DigitalOxygen QBO Integration

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the “DigitalOxygen QBO Integration” (“Integration”) for your internal business use with your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or offer the Integration as a service to third parties; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security; (c) use it in violation of applicable law.

3. Data & Permissions

The Integration connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth and processes order, customer, and accounting data you choose to sync. Use is subject to our [Privacy Policy]({{link to your privacy policy}}) and Intuit’s terms.

4. Support & Updates

We may provide updates or fixes at our discretion. Availability of support is not guaranteed.

5. Fees

If applicable, fees are as communicated separately. Non-payment may suspend access.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or security concerns. You may stop using the Integration at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for the accuracy of data synced to QuickBooks and for your accounting outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Integration will not exceed the fees paid for the Integration in the 12 months prior to the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax and data-protection laws.

10. Changes

We may update this EULA. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
